The State Secretary is required to keep a register of all club office-bearers for the postitions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Club Delegate to the Association and his/her proxy.
Club Secretaries should inform any changes to the State Secretary within 3 weeks of the changes occurring. Click the icon below for a PDF template to down load, the changes can be inserted and e-mailed to the Secretary.
