Club members, potential club members,  caravanners and potential caravanners generally, are advised that free towing clinics are held monthly, in the interests of safe towing and improved knowledge. 

On a dedicated Saturday each month, a four hour clinic is conducted by experienced Instructors,  south of the river. 

A vehicle and caravan is supplied.

South of the River

The course starts at 9.15 am in the showrooms of "CAMEC" - caravan parts and accessories super store, C/r Welshpool & Mills Roads, Welshpool. (About 2 kms east of Leach Highway).
Bookings are essential. Ring early (08) 9351 0044 for registration. Small class, practical as well as theory.

Clinic dates 2011 - November 12th,  December 3rd.

Clinic Dates 2012 - January  21st, February 25th, April 14th, May 12th, June -9th, July 14th, August 18th, September 15th, October 13th, November 17th, December -8th.

North of the River

At present there are no free clinics being conducted north of the river.

At the Caravan & Camping Show, at Claremont Show Grounds, clinics on towing are usually held twice daily, also seminars on big trip planning.

Towing Clinics are ideal for new or inexperienced caravanners.  They include not only theory and practical application of reversing, but also tow bars, tow balls, chains and shackles, weight distribution eqipment, mirrors, radio, brakes, wheel bearings, jacks, tyres and many other facets of practical caravanning tips and advice.
